Again, I am so sorry for the constant delays. Just when I think my life has calmed down enough for me to focus on this BOOM- things happen. Hopefully the dust will (finally) settle after I graduate next weekend and get moved into my new apartment, but until then I’ll do the best I can to keep the schedule up despite my cluster f*** of a life.
And so we move to a shopping trip with Yuri and Holly, and we see another pair of familiar faces from Issue 2… 😉
Its okay, we understand how life does, life is a really bad supervillain
“We wont have to deal with anything freaky or dangerous” Man did you just call down the shitstorm. Mr Murphy and Lady Fate are looking at eachother with a smirk, being all like:
Murphy: “You want this one?”
Fate: “No no, by all means, you get this one.”
Murphy: “Bet I can make him cry within the hour.”
Fate: “Deal!”
And in the background the grim reaper is facepalming and opening up another bottle of scotch muttering to himself that: “its gonna be one of those days.”
Wow…Aprion that would be a pretty cool plot for a comedy comic, just stick them all in the same apartment together
Result: Gold
Haha 😀 you may be right. We will call it The Pantheon Penthouse. An apartment building where minor deities live. It will showcase all the shenanigans that happen in their day to day lives. The main cast would include Murphy and Fate, who like to screw with the mortals for shits and giggles. And the grim reaper is a raging alcoholic because its the only way he can deal with the stress of his job. now we just need some other characters to fill out the cast.
@Aprio how about misfortune the cute and clumsy cluts next door?
ohh i like that 😀 there could also be guest appearances by people/deities/spirits from mytholigy and fiction just to mix it up and make it even more crazy. Oh and we need someone to be the landlord. Gotta have a landlord.
How about set from eqyption mythology?
Muahaha XD Old man Seth, the cranky landlord. “Where is the RENT!”
Nice placement of dialog in panel 5. And is Holly often speaking archly or does she have a hare-lip? I need to know so that I don’t accidentally offend her.
These guys again.
I wonder how many times they will get kicked from one job to another, saying “At least we don’t have to deal with weird stuff anymore”
@henry I’m going with…never
